When was the last time you had a good nights sleep?

I don't think Ive had a good nights sleep since 2008 when I fell pregnant with my eldest son! Throw in all the joys of pregnancy then babies who only sleep 2-3 hours at a time will they are toddlers THEN the stress of divorce and being a single mum TOP IT OFF with perimenopause! 

A few years ago I knew I had to sort out my sleep for my sanity (and everyone's sanity around me) and for my health and wellbeing!

The research is all out there, its a silent killer.

I want to fix this!  
What can I do?

As cliche as it sounds, it won't happen over night but it definitely can happen and I am here to help. Ive put together some protocols from my years of study and experimentation on myself and what has worked well for my clients.
