Hi, I’m Anna Quinnell.

My life in more recent years has been a journey of transformation, resilience, and deep healing—both for myself and the incredible women I support.

​

I’m a mum to two teenage boys and a beautiful daughter, navigating the wild, wonderful, and sometimes chaotic world of hormones and motherhood after divorce. Ive rebuilt from scratch, and carved out a life that truly aligns with who I am. Through it all, I’ve discovered (and leaned on) the power of self-care, intuition, and holistic healing.

I’ve called Mandurah home for 15 years, soaking in the beauty of the ocean, the stillness of nature, and the magic of this coastal town. But my love for the beach started long before that—I grew up going to Cronulla Beach with dad on the weekend. I love the grounding and calm the water brings me.

With 30 years in the wellness industry, I’m dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves through remedial hot stone massage, hypnotherapy, NLP, reflexology, and events.

As a Certified Fast Like a Girl Facilitator, I guide women understand their bodies and hormones while embracing fasting, and living a low-toxic lifestyle for lasting vitality.

I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. That’s why I’ve created a space where women can feel nurtured, supported, and empowered—whether it’s through coaching, transformational retreats, or my signature hot stone fusion massage.
